Turning point, Transformation and Ascension

In addition to these inestimable global changes in society, climate and the Earth body of Mother GAIA caused by natural disasters, various scientific and spiritual sources indicate that we are also experiencing two galactic events. It is reported that both may also have an influence on a possible polar shift and the collapse of the terrestrial magnetic field: The galactic conjunction and the traversing of the photon ring. But before we turn to these galactic events, we should first take a moment to recognize and become conscious of the fact that here and now, in many ways, we are living through an extraordinary and decisive turning point. We will thus also recognize the possible ways we can and should act…

Where are we today?

The world is on the verge of collapse.

Since the 1990s, the problems of energy supply for the global technology economy have been growing in anticipation of oil running out. Various sources project this to happen anywhere from 2030 to 2060. However, three huge economies, Brazil, India and Southeast Asia have just begun their industrial development and have all invested heavily in oil; while some have also invested in coal, which is worse. The development of alternatives and renewable energies from sun, wind and water is not receiving support and is proceeding too slowly to make any significant change. The exit from the mortally dangerous nuclear power is proceeding only slowly and some countries, such as France and Japan, are even beginning to build new atomic power plants despite the meltdown at Fukushima and the objections of the public.

The economic systems must adapt and redefine their aims and moral values, centering them on people, the conservation of resources and the protection of creation. I have cited the example of the immoral and deceptive finance and banking crisis of 2008, when unbridled greed and abuse led to a global stock market crash that destroyed billions of dollars in state funds. New legislation to prevent a repeat performance should be ratified as quickly as possible, and the valuation of companies, stocks and real estate at their true worth should be advanced. But few states have passed such laws, and the EU is still discussing what bank regulation should look like eight years after the fact. The only consensus so far is that capital requirements for banks should be raised. As a result, more large banks and companies will be unable to negotiate the transition and will go bankrupt in the next few years. National debt will therefore continue to rise and national economies will be overstrained and shaken, causing more countries to go bankrupt as Iceland did in 2008 and Greece in 2010. The latter was provided an unprecedented rescue package by the 27 countries in the EU: 450 billion euro to protect the euro as a currency and guard against speculators, who have begun shamelessly taking advantage of these state guarantees once more.

The Dalai Lama pointed out the cause of all this, particularly as concerns political and business leaders:

“The problem of the global economic crisis is in our heads.

There is a lack of universal consciousness and morality.”

(Dalai Lama, April 10, 2010 in Zurich

The overspending on the part of governments to stimulate economies will remain higher than tax receipts from companies and workers and state funds will soon be insufficient to maintain the care and services social states provide for their citizens. Together with the extreme disparity in income, this will cause increasing social and cultural dissatisfaction culminating in mass demonstrations and riots, looting, and so on. This has already started with the global demonstrations against globalization of the past few years and the protests and revolts on the part of entire ethnic groups in Africa and Asia in the face of food shortages. We are having increasing difficulty in supplying the necessary food and water because there is more demand than the annual crop yields worldwide can satisfy. We are facing a century of famines and water shortages. This means that the spiritual and psychic developments we will examine in a moment will be preceded by a difficult period full of social upheaval and sweeping decisions for nations and individuals. The societal forms, most of them undemocratic nation states, and the greed-driven “free” market economy are no longer suitable for the changes we are facing. Following 1) the agricultural revolution, 2) the Industrial Revolution and 3) the digital revolution, there will now follow 4) the energy revolution and 5) the revolution of consciousness. We need a paradigm change in order to achieve a climate and a consciousness turnaround.

This wraps up the earthy considerations and brings us to the spiritual events and influences of the turning point.

As I did in the chapter on creation, I will only summarize the most important information about the turning point, transformation and ascension, since I dealt with them at length in Volume II: DEI LEGACY, including a great deal of documentation and quotes (see page 356).

This is just a small excerpt from the book GAIA LEGACY.
